Designed for plastering contractors or other tradespersons serious about learning how to apply Variance^® products for large scale use. The class starts off with a 30 minute discussion of the Variance^® products. Then, for approximately 2 hours, the instructor will demonstrate how each Variance finish is created, along with maintenance and repair techniques. For the next 4 to 5 hours each attendee will receive intensive hands-on application training where they will learn how to apply each finish.
